The MAC090B-0-PD-4-C/110-A-0/DI517LV/S001 is a robust and reliable AC servo motor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Because of its high cyclic load capacity, which allows continuous start-stop operations with high repetition rates, this permanent magnet-excited motor with electronic commutation makes complex industrial automation tasks easier to handle. It features high-resolution tachofeedback and a specially designed stator, providing excellent smooth-running qualities. The bearing assembly of this motor allows for easy mounting of pinions and belt pulleys directly onto the shaft, enabling high radial load applications.
Its nominal speed of 2000 RPM makes sure it is compatible with a wide range of control systems and applications designed for standard nominal speeds. The maximum amount of current it can continuously draw while stationary and without exceeding thermal limits is 11.9 A. The continuous torque at standstill produced by this motor is 7.2 Nm. Its low rotor moment of inertia of 0.0036 kilogram-meter square is favorable for dynamic tasks requiring quick acceleration and deceleration. The windings resistance at 20 degrees Celsius of just 0.97 Ohm not only minimizes heat generation but also improves the efficiency of the motor. The user can select between a plain output shaft or an output shaft with a keyway. Its output shaft, however, comes with shaft sealing, adhering to the IP 65 protection standards. It should be stored in a dry, dust-free, and shock-free environment with a temperature range of -25 to +85 degrees Celsius.
