Product Description:
MAC090B-0-PD-2-C/110-B-0 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor from the MAC product line. MAC motors are widely used for industrial applications including packaging machinery, robotics, handling equipment and transfer facilities. Controllers compatible with MAC motors include KDS, TDM and DSC. Bosch MAC servo motors are made with permanent magnets and incorporate electronic commutation. Tacho feedback is available as a standard feature. The MAC090B-0-PD-2-C/110-B-0 motor is equipped with a standard tacho generator. Its weight is 18 kilograms, the housing length is 342 millimeters, and the motor centering diameter is 110 millimeter. The output torque and current at standstill are 7.2 Nm and 11.9 Amps. The rotor moment of inertia is 0.0036 kg m2. Inductance of the motor windings is 5.1 millihenry and the resistance of the windings is 0.97 Ohms at 20 degrees Celsius. Thermal time constant of the motor is 60 minutes. Performance according to rated values requires 0 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature and 0 to 1000 meters altitude. If the ambient conditions deviate from these values, the output data will derate, i.e. decrease. If higher ambient temperatures and higher elevations occur simultaneously, the respective load factors will multiply. MAC motors are suited to extreme demands as found in punching, pressing, and press feeds. Bosch does not recommend a generally suitable solution for shock-damped mounting. The housing of the MAC motors is coated with black prime coat. An additional layer of paint can cover this coat. The thickness of the paint layer must not exceed 40 millimeters. This prime protective coat is resistant to weathering, yellowing and build-ups and diluted acids and lyes. This protective coat can peel if the motor housing is cleaned frequently with a steam cleaner.
