MAC090A-0-ZD-4-C/110-A-1 is a servo motor. It is designed and developed by Bosch Rexroth. This MAC series motor is specifically designed for industrial automation applications that require precise closed loop control. MAC motors support tacho feedback for position and speed evaluation. An additional encoder can be ordered for position evaluation. Both tacho feedback and encoder feedback options are available on the MAC090A-0-ZD-4-C/110-A-1 motor. MAC series motors have a brushless design and support electronic commutation. Lack of brushes reduces maintenance requirements as well as sparks that are common in brushed design. The motor bearings are lubricated for the complete operating life of the motor. MAC motors have IP65 rated housings. Furthermore, the power and feedback cable connections comply with IP65 requirements. As a result, MAC motors are maintenance free and can be used in a wide range of operating environments. Nominal speed of the MAC090A-0-ZD-4-C/110-A-1 motor is 2000 RPM. The motor supports convection cooling. MAC motors support optional cooling fans for surface cooling.
