The MAC71C-0-US-4-C-095-B-0-AM154SG-S005 AC servomotor from Rexroth Indramat features low inertia. The power connection for the motor is integrated with a power cable, a connecting cable for the holding brake, and a connecting cable for the thermo-switches. The motor is equipped with a 12-pin flanged socket for encoder and feedback connections. The cable for connecting a motor blower must have three cores with a minimum diameter of 0.75mm2. The tacho-voltage of the device can be selected so that it matches the nominal speed of the motor.
The servo unit has 1.6 Ohms winding resistance at 20°C. The additional paint layer, if applied over the primer coat, must not have a thickness of more than 40μmm. The primer coat is subject to peeling if the housing is cleaned very often with a steam cleaner. The plain output shaft supports clamping of pressure sleeves or clamping sets for belt pulleys or coupling pinions. The servomotor features 45 minutes of the thermal time constant. The incremental encoder used with the unit works with both sinusoidal signals and square wave pulses.
The permanent magnets in the motor contribute to its low inertia. The tacho-feedback is integrated into the motor for rotor position recognition and speed evaluation per tacho-generator.
