The MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-0/WA612XX is from the series of MAC servo motors manufactured by Bosch Rexorth. It comes with a WA612XX encoder that in addition to its inbuilt tachofeedback device gives reliable readings for motor speed and rotor position during operation. The motor is a robust and reliable device that despite its small size finds use in the robotics, textile, and transfer facilities industry. This permanent magnet-excited motor is quite unique in that the material of the permanent magnet can be altered for a reduced power to weight ratio and a high dynamic performance due to its unique torque-inertia ratio. Moreover, the peak torque output of the motor can be utilized in varying speed range.
The MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-0/WA612XX comes in size 071 with a length C body construction that has the NS winding that supports 3000 min-1, it is cooled by natural convection. The power connection of this robust device is towards its side B and it comes without a holding brake which further reduces its overall mass by 0.5 kg. The standard tacho type featured in the motor gives a voltage of 1.5 V per 1000 min-1. The MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-B-0/WA612XX comes with INS 108 power connector and INS 302 or INS 102 tachofeedback connector. The safe ambient operation range for the motor is from 0 to 450C while it can operate at a maximum installation elevation of 1000 m above sea level.
