Product Description:
MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-A-2/WI538LV is a servo motor. It is part of the MAC071 series from Bosch Rexroth. This motor is designed for convection cooling. Other cooling options, including surface cooling, are available depending on requirements. The nominal speed of the MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-A- 2/WI538LV motor is 3000 RPM. It supports tacho feedback and is also equipped with an additional encoder for position evaluation. The motor supports the standard tacho type. Centering diameter of the AC servo motor is 95 millimeters. The motor gets power via a dedicated power cable that connects to a designated connector on side A of the housing. Location of the power connection can be chosen during motor ordering. An optional blocking brake is installed on this motor. Its holding torque is 6.5 Nm. The brake operates when it receives a 24 Volts DC release signal from the motor controller.
Under ideal operating conditions, the rated output torque of the motor is 6.6 Nm and the output current is 11 Amps. For higher operating loads, operators can select the surface cooling option which enables higher output torque and current. Torque constant of the motor is 0.6 Nm/A. Resistance and inductance of the motor windings are 0.69 Ohms and 7 millihenry respectively. Thermal time constant for this convection cooled motor is 45 minutes. Weight of the motor is approximately 11 kilograms. Optimal ambient conditions for MAC motor operation include 0 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature and 1000 meters maximum site elevation. Insulation class of the motor is F and a black prime coat provides protection for the motor housing. The MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-A-2/WI538LV motor is designed for specialized applications and should be handled and operated by trained personnel.
