The MAC071C-0-JS-4-C-095-B-0-WI520LV-S002 AC servomotor is a low inertia MAC 071 series unit from Rexroth Indramat. The servomotor is compatible with the manufacturer’s DSC, KDS, and TDM range of drive controllers. The device has a brushless design with permanent magnets and lifetime lubricated bearings. It is capable of operating under poor environmental conditions. The stator housing and motor windings are integrated with thermo-switches to monitor the temperature of the motor and prevent damage due to overloading.
The servomotor has a compact construction that features a high power to weight ratio. The device supports mounting in both horizontal and vertical orientations. The unit supports surface cooling to avoid getting overheated due to extreme loads. The power and tacho-feedback cables are connected directly to the motor using connectors present on their flanged sockets. The motor operates at an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 45°C. It is not protected against penetration by water or by other extrinsic objects. The motor comes with a mass of 11 KG. It is available with a one-year warranty period and we can send the motor to your address, irrespective of which country you live in.
The AC motor has 15.3A continuous current rating in standstill mode. The device can be used for extreme demands like punching only if it is mounted shock-decoupled or shock-damped. The primer coat of the unit is resistant to lyes and dilute acids. The plain output shaft renders non-positive and backlash-free transmission of torque. The shaft sealing of the motor is fitted to its flange. Depending on the installation conditions, angle connectors or straight connectors can be used to connect the motor feedback cable. The servo unit is equipped with Class F insulation. The output direction of the motor can be changed by releasing the fixing screws and turning the connector parts in 90° increments.
