Product Description:

The Bosch Rexroth MAC071C-0-JS-4-C/095-A-2/DI522LV AC servomotor comes fitted with a heavy-duty blocking brake. This servomotor portrays a shock-damped mounting style for its incremental encoder. The product can be deployed in press feeds. This device has a mounting flange that is designed with throughholes. The unit supports vertical plus horizontal mounting orientations as per DIN IEC 34-7 specifications. Its shaft sealing does not offer a complete prevention of liquids from penetrating along the shaft into the housing. This motor achieves a non-positive and backlash-free transmission of torque with its output shaft. The product has a brushless and compact design. This device features a load on the shaft as soon as it is affected by axial or radial forces. The unit may get damaged on the B side if the machine in which it is mounted is equipped with bevel gear pinions. Its blocking brake has a nominal voltage of 24 VDC with a tolerance of +/-10% and a current rating of 0.7 A. This motor has an overall length of 503 mm with the tacho feedback and the mounted encoder. The product supports natural convection cooling mode. This device encounters a magnetic force on the brake armature disc at zero current. The unit must be run at approximately 100 rpm speed and its holding brake should be kept closed for nearly a minute as part of the grind-in process. It is not possible to change the output direction of the power connection after it has been established. This servomotor incorporates the tacho feedback and encoder connector on side B. The product features the connecting cables for the thermo switches and the blocking brake as well as the power cable in its power connection.
