Product Description:

The MAC071C-0-JS-4-C/095-A-0/DI522LV/S004 AC servomotor from Bosch Rexroth comprises an incremental encoder with shock-damped mounting. This servomotor does not have a blocking brake. The product is intended to be mounted according to Design B5. This device associated encoder is extremely resistant to weather conditions and is designed exclusively for the manufacturer's motors. The unit is cooled by natural convection. Its encoder functions with sinusoidal signals or square-wave pulses. This motor has two sets of JS type windings. The product encompasses thermo switches that are connected in series to monitor its temperature. This device can be used for extremely demanding applications. The unit has a breaking point for its maximum torque based on the DC bus voltage of the drive. Its torque for a critical cycle must be less than the S1 continuous operating characteristics of the arithmetically averaged speed. This motor may have a speed that is limited by the tacho voltage of the tacho generator. The product related intermittent operating curve is represented at an ON time of 25% of the motor. This device has a permissible axial force that is 0.5 times the permissible radial force. The unit uses an INS 108 connector as its power connector. Its flange is designed as per DIN 42955 specifications. This servomotor supports both angle and straight type connectors for its incremental encoder. The product comes with protective covers that must be removed only just before mounting. This device is operated in transfer facilities. The unit has low inertia because of the choice of materials for the permanent magnets. Its encoder is used for position evaluation.
