With a high power to weight ratio, the compact MAC071C-0-GS-4-C/095-A-2/WA608XX/S001 is a versatile motor in the MAC series by Bosch Rexroth. This motor is an AC servo motor suited for use with TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers in high accuracy applications such as packaging machinery, textile machines and printing presses. The motor is designed to offer a high degree of reliability and comes with natural convection cooling for extreme loads. It is also optimized for use in harsh environments and is rated IP 65 so it is resistant to moisture and dust. The motor?s built-in thermistors ensure that the motor is protected from thermal damage by monitoring temperature.
This motor has high-resolution motor feedback owing to its integrated tachofeedback and mounted encoder. The high-resolution feedback ensures the motor delivers exceptional smooth running performance and reliability. The motor has a standard tacho type. It is rated for a nominal speed of 6000 min-1. It has a windings inductance rating of 1.7 mH and a maximum peak of pulse current of 110 A. The motor comes equipped with a heavy-duty blocking brake rated for 6.5 Nm. When the machine is powered off, the blocking brake holds the servo axes in place ensuring a safe and backlash-free standstill.
For installation and ease of integration, the motor comes with Side A electrical connectors. The motor has a centering diameter of 095. It has a mass of 11 kg and comes in a compact design that can suit different application and installation conditions.
