The MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-B-0/WI533LX is a AC servo motor belonging to the MAC series that is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. These motors are well suited for machines, textile tools, robotics and transfer facilities etcetera. MAC AC servo motors are constructed as permanent magnet-excited motors with wireless communication. Motors with very low inertia can also be developed by changing the material of the permanent magnet. This family of servo motors boast a brushless design, life-time lubricated bearings, and can operate under harsh environmental conditions. Smart temperature monitoring of these motors is ensured by installation of integrated thermos switches.
The MAC 071B FS motor operates at 2000 per minute and offer high degree of reliability. Breakdown of nomenclature of this MAC (motor for analogue drives) is such that 071 is the motor size, B represents motor length, 0 means natural convection cooling, FS means a motor length B with a nominal rpm of 2000 per min, 4 means that the motor is with tachofeedback and mounted incremental or absolute encoder (this must be ordered separately) & C means standard tacho type, 095 shows centering diameter, B signifies provision of power connection towards B side, 0 means without blocking brake, WI symbolizes a standard mounting with incremental encoder & 533LX is the encoder code respectively.
MAC 071B FS motor weighs 8.8kg (with tacho-generator, without holding brake, without blower) and can operate in a temperature range of 0 ~ 45oC at 1000m above sea level. This servo motor can be stored at -20~800C. The motor is IP 65 rated which allows it to be resistant to light pressure water. The holding break of the motor operates on electrically-actuated release principle.
