Product Description:

The MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-1/WI531LX/S001 is a highly sophisticated permanent magnet AC servo motor from the Bosch Rexroth MAC series motors. This series of motors is specially manufactured for high-end industrial and automation applications. This is an IP65-protected motor with 8.8 Kg of weight and black prime-coated housing (coat thickness not greater than 40 um). This motor provides almost maintenance-free operation due to its brushless design and lifelong lubricant bearing. This motor also incorporates motor temperature monitoring using integrated thermos switches which ensures motor protection.

This motor provides a high nominal speed (n) of 2000 min-1, strong holding torque (MdN) of 4.4 Nm, and good-rated current (IdN) of 5 A. The rotor moment of inertia (Jm) of this motor is 9.9 x 10-4 kgm2, and the peak current (Ipeak) of this motor is 25 A. The thermal time constant (Tth) and Torque constant at 20 °C (Km) for this motor are 45 min and 0.880 Nm/A respectively. In addition to this, the winding inductance (La) of the motor is 22 mH, and the winding resistance (Ra) (at 20 °C) is 2.7 Ohm.

The standard operating conditions for the motor are 0 to + 45 °C temperature, and the motor has incorporated a standard tacho generator and sophisticated incremental/absolute encoder for position and speed feedback. This motor has a flexible mounting option and can be mounted by face or flange mounting methods. This motor also provides a shaft with a keyway that ensures smooth and efficient torque transmission. The direction of the power connector for this motor is towards the opposite side of the shaft, and the motor requires a minimum 18 AWG cross-section wire for electrical connection and INS 108 or INS 106 power connectors.
