Electronic commutation allows use of reliable solid state electronic circuits which perform reliably over the operating life time of the motor. MAC motors have integrated sensors for monitoring of the winding temperature.
These sensors allow detection of overload events that can damage the motors. IP65 rated housings provide robust ingress protection and allow operators to deploy MAC motors in adverse operating conditions.
