The MAC071A-0-VS-4-C/095-B-0/WA612XX/S001 is a MAC series AC Servo Motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The MAC series AC servo motors are permanent magnet motors specially designed and manufactured for high-tech industrial applications including textile machines, printing presses, and industrial automation uses. This Motor exhibits good continuous torque (2.2 Nm) at a stationary position, High nominal speed (6000 min-1), and prime-coated housing with (IP65) environmental protection. The moment of inertia of the motor is 5.4 x 10-4 Kgm^2, and the thermal time constant is 45 min. This motor also provides sophisticated speed feedback through a built-in tacho-generator whose output is set to nominal motor speed (1.5 V/1000 min-1) and position feedback through mounted encoders (incremental or absolute).
The motor has flexible mounting options and can be mounted either by B5 design (Flange mounting) or B14 design (Face mounting). This motor comes without any blocking brake. This motor has a natural convection cooling type, and the ambient working temperature for the motor is 0 to 45 C. The continuous standstill current requirement for the motor is 7.3 A, and its maximum peak of pulse current is 37 A. The motor torque constant at 20 °C is 0.300 Nm/A, windings resistance at 20 °C is 0.92 ohm, and winding inductance is 5.1 mH. The output direction of the electrical power connection of the motor is towards the back side of the motor, and the motor requires at least 0.75 mm2 or AWG 18 cross-section cable for proper working. The recommended power connector for the motor is INS 108 & INS 106. The motor provides an output shaft with keyway as per DIN 6885 which guarantees effective torque transmission, and its output shaft is also equipped with shaft sealing to ensure proper protection.
