MAC063D-0-FS-4-C/095-B-1/WA612XX is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor from the MAC product line. The motors must be stored in a dry, dust-free and shock-free environment. The permissible ambient temperature range: -20 to +80 degrees Celsius. There are protective covers on the connector housing as well as the output shaft. These are made of plastic and protect the parts they cover against moisture and damage. Do not remove the protective covers until shortly prior to mounting into the machine.
Care must be taken to avoid impacts to the output shaft and heavy loads as otherwise the bearings in the motor could be damaged. Personnel must not pick up the motor at the blower as doing to can damage and possibly tear the blower from the motor housing. The product manual includes guidelines must be followed to avoid damaging the machine during mounting or commissioning. The bigger and thus heavier motors may only be transported with the use of suitable lifting devices as described in the guidelines of section. The motors should only be mounted to the machine by fully trained personnel.
Speed rating of the MAC063D-0-FS-4-C/095-B-1/WA612XX motor is 6000 RPM. The motor has a plain shaft and supports tacho feedback. Other motor features include IP65 rated housing, optional blocking brake, and support for convection cooling. The main power plug is on side B of the housing. The operating temperature range is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. The temperature range for storage and transportation is -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. Length of the motor is 200 millimeters. Size of the motor flange is 100 millimeters. Diameter of the motor shaft is 14 millimeters. Length of the shaft outside the main housing is 30 millimeters.
