MAC063C-1-MS-4-C/095-B-0/WI517LV is a MAC servo motor. Servo motors support feedback i.e. they provide real-time information about speed and position to a connected controller. Prior to commissioning, an operator programs the controller with desired motor parameters. Feedback from the motor allows the controller to ascertain the difference between current and desired motor parameter values. The controller modulates its output based on difference between the programmed and current values. This is an example of closed loop control, which is ideal for high-performance applications that requires high accuracy and precision. Speed rating of the MAC063C-1-MS-4-C/095-B-0/WI517LV motor is 3500 RPM. It supports surface cooling, which relies on an axial cooling fan to increase airflow across the motor housing. This cooling fan requires 240 Volts AC power supply. Optimal temperature range for motor operation is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius.
Optimal temperature range for motor transport and storage is -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. The elevation of the installation site must be between 0 and 1000 meters. MAC motors come in an IP65 rated hosing that provides full dust protection. In addition, these motor housings provide excellent moisture protection.
