MAC063B-0-JS-4-C/095-B-1/WA604XX is a 6000 RPM servo motor. It is developed by Bosch Rexroth. The motor belongs to the MAC product line. MAC series motors are widely deployed for applications such as transfer facilities, robotics, packaging machinery and textile machinery. The components of a typical MAC motor include motor windings, rotor shaft, a laminated core with permanent magnets, tacho generator, and an encoder. MAC motors support tachofeedback for speed evaluation per tacho-generator and rotor position recognition. For position evaluation MAC motors are equipped with an incremental or absolute encoder. MAC motors allow maintenance-free operation, which is enabled by a combination of brushless design and use of bearing that are lubricated for their complete operating lifespan. MAC motors belongs to IP65 protection class. Motor housings and power/feedback cables meet IP65 requirements. The MAC063B-0-JS-4-C/095-B-1/WA604XX is equipped with a standard blocking brake with 03 Nm holding torque rating.
The brake works according to the principle of electrically-actuated release. Nominal voltage rating for the brake is 24 Volts DC and the nominal current is 0.6 Amps.
