MAC041C-0-LS-4-E/050-B-0/WI673LV is a MAC series servo motor. It is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The motor must be used in combination with a compatible motor controller. When used with a TDM4.•-020-300-W0 controller, the motor delivers 10,000 RPM nominal speed, 2.05 Nm rated torque, 3.8 Nm maximum torque, 55 milliseconds acceleration time for 0 to maximum RPM, 52 milliseconds deceleration time for maximum to zero RPM, 4.1 kilowatts peak regenerated power and 0.7 kilowatts continuous regenerated power. When used with a TDM4.•-030-300-W0 controller, the motor delivers 10,000 RPM nominal speed, 2.05 Nm rated torque, 5.7 Nm maximum torque, 41 milliseconds acceleration time for 0 to maximum RPM, 34 milliseconds deceleration time for maximum to zero RPM, 6.1 kilowatts peak regenerated power and 0.7 kilowatts continuous regenerated power.
Rated performance is depending on several factors, including input voltage, ambient temperature, and site elevation. The input power is supplied by the motor controller, which varies the amplitude and frequency of AC power to control motor parameters. During operation, the ambient temperature should be less than 45 degrees Celsius, and the site elevation should be less than 1000 meters. Output of the motor will derate, i.e. reduce below rated values, if ambient conditions exceed these specified limits. The motor has a flange with four mounting holes which allow use of suitable screws for motor mounting.
