The LTE350D is a servo amplifier produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the LTE Servo Amplifiers series. Designed for automated tightening, assembly, and similar motion tasks, the unit regulates EC motors by modulating current and monitoring feedback. In a larger line, it links the programmable logic controller to the tool spindle, executing velocity, position, and torque commands while providing electrical safety functions. This arrangement helps the drive maintain controlled tool motion during repetitive production cycles.

The amplifier delivers 12 A / 50 A of continuous and peak output current, and the wide transient margin permits brief torque surges without drive shutdown. A built-in motor contactor removes the need for external contactors and disconnects line voltage automatically during stop events. Emergency shutdown capability meets Performance Level d, providing validated risk reduction for machinery with elevated hazard levels. Control wiring for Ergospin tools is routed through the XDS1 11-pin interface, while the motor stop loop is carried on XDN3 by a potential-free normally closed contact. Three front LEDs report power, run, and fault status for clear visual indication. The enclosure is rated IP20, and the unit uses Class I electrical construction for protective grounding.

Cabinet space is conserved because the housing is only 285 mm deep, 271 mm high, and 46 mm wide. With a mass of 2.7 kg, the module remains easy to handle during panel installation. The front panel uses a four-line, eight-character LCD to show parameter values, measured currents, and fault codes, allowing local adjustment when a notebook is not available. This display also lets users confirm active values directly at the drive. Signal integrity for remote operator panels is maintained across cable runs up to 100 m, so the drive can be mounted near the motor while the human-machine interface remains outside the hazard zone.
