LTE Servo Amplifiers

LTE Servo Amplifier Systems are tightening-system servo amplifiers that supply and control an EC motor, with the drive regulating both motor speed and motor current within the amplifier.

The units are designed as system components intended to be installed in a dedicated card rack or system box as part of a complete tightening solution for either a tightening spindle or a compatible hand-held nutrunner. A front graphic LC display provides on-tool results and diagnostics by showing tightening values (such as torque, angle, gradient, and time) along with error codes, supported by front LEDs for operating state and a reset function to reinitialize the tightening channel. Connection is handled through dedicated tool/spindle interfaces that carry motor power and the required interface signals (including serial spindle data and incremental encoder channels where applicable), plus a separate interlock interface that can interrupt motor release using an isolated normally-closed contact. The series is intended for control-cabinet installation with defined supply/link and output characteristics (three-phase motor output, specified maximum current and motor-cable length) and environmental limits, and it uses an IP20 protection concept when installed.
