The LT305 is a compact, servo amplifier that has a simple housing design that is easy to install and well-suited for use with a broad range of industrial machines, including robotic applications and metal forming machines. This servo amplifier has a single connection interface that is present on its front panel; there are also special LED displays that help operators quickly detect any issue with the operation of the amplifier. The housing of this product is made from strong aluminum material, which has high mechanical strength and resistance against rust and deterioration. The installation of this amplifier should be done vertically into a control cabinet that can provide additional protection; if more than one unit of this product is to be used, it is possible to install the units together in a side-by-side layout.

The LT305 maintains a low cost of ownership throughout its service life; it also carries a type label featuring information that is useful for the identification of the amplifier upon delivery. The LT305 servo amplifier can be used with an input current of 11 amperes and an input voltage of about 330 volts.
