The KVR 1.2-15-3 power supply module from Bosch Rexroth belongs to the KVR series of such modules. This module is used with modular AC drives from the same manufacturer. The product along with a motor and an AC drive forms a modular AC drive system. The unit is capable of fulfilling the various power requirements of multiple drives. It has a continuous mechanical power of 24kW. The device is integrated with a power rectifier. This rectifier transforms the AC line voltage to the DC bus voltage that is needed for providing the drives with the required power. The module has an S2 reset button on its front panel.
The power supply module can store around 40W for every mF of auxiliary capacitance when it features a DC regulated bus voltage. The heatsink blower for the device has a connection power rating of 70VA. The drives receive the signal voltage from the power supply through a wire-ribbon cable.
