Product Description:
The KSM02.1B-076C-35N-S3-HG0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW is an integrated motor with embedded servo-drive electronics manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and grouped in the KSM Motor Integrated Servo Drives series. By combining the drive, motor, and feedback hardware in a single enclosure, it mounts directly on the machine frame instead of requiring a separate nearby amplifier housing. This arrangement shortens power and signal cable runs in decentralized automation systems and helps support compact motion axes where installation space is limited.
Power is supplied through a Hybrid Connector that carries both DC and network conductors, while the unit operates on a DC 750 V bus voltage. Thermal dissipation relies on natural convection, eliminating fans and allowing enclosed installation where airflow demands must remain low. The motor has size 076 with length code C, and the drive section is set for the Basic performance level. A plain shaft is used for direct coupling, and a shaft seal is fitted to limit ingress. The assembly uses winding code 35, follows the standard design option and Design Version 1, and is supplied without a holding brake when load holding is handled elsewhere.
Position and speed feedback are generated by a Hiperface encoder that uses capacitive scanning for high resistance to contamination. The unit reports 16 signal periods and provides absolute feedback over a single-turn range, which allows position information to remain available after startup within one mechanical revolution. Command data enter through the master interface supporting Multi-Ethernet protocols such as EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and EtherCAT, so the same hardware can operate on different control platforms. The unit does not include integrated safety technology. Series code 2 places the model within its current product generation.
