The KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M3-HG0-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW is a unique industrial servo drive produced by Rexroth Indramat for industrial production applications. This servo drive is unlike the convectional servo drive series as it is integrated with a servo motor and can thus simultaneously operate as a servo drive and as an industrial servo motor. The KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M3-HG0-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW motor integrated servo drive is renowned for its high flexibility and ability to operate smoothly in potentially explosive industrial environments. The housing of the servo drive and the motor integrated into the servo drive is designed according to the IP65 protection category, this housing is also covered with a prime black coat which is resistant against water, dilute acids, alkaline, and hydraulic oils and can thus prevent degeneration of the motor through rusting.
The motor integrated into this servo drive contains an hiperface multi-turn absolute encoder with about 128 signal periods. This encoder provides the servo drive with digital signals that represent the physical movement of the servo motor, thus allowing the drive to accurately control the movement of the motor. This servo drive also operates with a hybrid cable which can simultaneously operate as a motor feedback cable and power cable in the industrial servo drive.
