Product Description:
The KSM02.1B-061C-61N-S1-HG0-ET-L3-D7-TO-FW is a motor-integrated servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the KSM Motor Integrated Servo Drives series. By combining drive electronics, feedback processing, and a permanent-magnet motor in one housing, it reduces panel wiring and supports decentralized motion axes in automated assembly cells, packaging machines, and material-handling stations. This integrated layout allows the unit to serve as both the power stage and the motor on distributed machine sections where compact installation and coordinated motion control are required.
This unit uses a Hybrid Connector that carries power, safety, and Ethernet signals through a single molded plug, which simplifies machine wiring. A regulated bus of DC 750 V supplies the inverter stage, and heat is removed by natural convection, so no fans or liquid cooling circuits are required. Communication with the controller is handled through a Multi-Ethernet interface, and the master connection can work with Sercos III, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT. Integrated Safe Torque Off (STO) meets Category 3 requirements for torque shutdown, while design option S1 provides a Hiperface encoder connection and the unit operates at the basic performance level. Motor size 061, motor length C, winding code 61, and Series 2 identify the integrated motor section.
Feedback precision is supplied by an encoder with 128 signal periods per revolution. The feedback system uses optical detection to track rotor position without magnetic drift, and it provides single-turn absolute position information through a Hiperface link for commutation and axis control. The output uses a plain shaft, which fits zero-backlash couplings or timing belt pulleys in compact drive arrangements. A shaft seal is installed for added protection at the output end, and the motor is supplied without a holding brake where external load holding is acceptable.
