Product Description:
The KSM02.1B-061C-61N-S1-HG0-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW is a motor-integrated servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the KSM Motor Integrated Servo Drives series. By combining the servo motor, power stage, and motion controller in one housing, it can be installed directly on moving axes to reduce control-cabinet volume and analog cabling. The device serves positioning and speed loops in automated assembly cells, pick-and-place modules, and compact conveyor segments, where decentralized drives keep wiring localized and support compact machine layouts.
Its single hybrid connector carries power, signals, and network traffic through one cable; the arrangement uses a Hybrid Connector and eliminates separate motor and feedback leads. The drive accepts a bus supply of DC 750 V, allowing it to share a common DC link with other KSM axes. Heat is removed by natural convection, so no fans are required. Position data comes from a Hiperface optical encoder that delivers 128 signal periods per revolution, and the single-turn device provides absolute angle information within one mechanical turn. The unit uses the standard mechanical design option and design version 1.
Network integration is handled through Multi-Ethernet connectivity, enabling synchronous motion over EtherNet/IP, SERCOS III, or PROFINET without additional interface cards. Functional safety is built in, and the drive supports Safe Torque Off (STO) to quickly disable power during an emergency stop command. A plain shaft with a shaft seal is fitted, matching applications that use clamp hubs while helping guard against fluid ingress. The compact motor size 061, length code C, and winding code 61 suit basic-performance tasks. The unit comes without a holding brake, so any static holding force must be provided by the driven system when the axis is stopped.
