Product Description:
The KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG2-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW is a motor-integrated servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the KSM Motor Integrated Servo Drives series. By combining power electronics, feedback circuits, and a synchronous servomotor in one enclosure, the unit simplifies decentralized axis control in conveying, packaging, and handling systems. It receives commands over an Ethernet fieldbus and delivers torque through a permanent-magnet rotor, which removes the need for a separate cabinet-mounted drive module. This arrangement keeps the motor and drive functions in one housing, shortens motor cable runs, and supports direct installation on the machine frame.
Electrical power is supplied at DC 750 V through a single Hybrid Connector that also carries control, encoder, and brake conductors. Inside the housing, a multi-turn absolute encoder with optical scanning and a Hiperface interface provides 128 signal periods per revolution for position feedback to the controller. The motor uses frame size 061 with length code C, and it has a plain shaft with a shaft seal so the assembly can be mounted directly on the machine without an added enclosure. It also uses an electrically released brake powered by DC 24 V, which holds the load when the bus is disabled and keeps power, feedback, and brake connections grouped at one interface.
The drive operates at the Basic performance level and is Series 2 with Design Version 1. Heat is removed by natural convection, so no external fans are required and airflow planning stays simple. Winding code 61 identifies the electrical resistance and inductance used for this motor, which helps maintain compatibility with matching drive parameters in the KSM platform. Safety functions are not integrated in this version, so stop-category control must be provided by the higher-level system.
