Product Description:

The KSM02.1B-041C-42N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW motor integrated servo drive one of the latest and most advanced productions of Rexroth Indramat. This industrial device combines the functionality of the synchronous motor and the drive controller into a single operating system. The servo drive can be configured to meet the operational requirements of different industrial machines such as textile machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. The housing of this servo drive is designed according to the IP65 protection class; thus, it offers the internal components of the servo system complete protection from water jet or solid foreign materials.

The electrical motor integrated into the KSM02.1B-041C-42N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW servo drive is covered with a prime black (RAL9005) paint; this paint is resistant to dilute acids, dilute alkalis, hydraulic oil, and seawater, thus effectively protecting the industrial motor from corrosion. The encoder of the integrated motor is a Hiperface single turn optical encoder with 128 signal periods, this encoder monitor and converts the physical movement of the motor into digital signals the servo drive can work with. In addition, this servo drive features a hybrid cable which it uses for its electrical connection. The use of the hybrid cable for electrical connection reduces wiring costs significantly as the cable can simultaneously carry electrical current and digital information.

The leakage current generated by this servo drive is as high as 3.5 milliamperes; thus, an electrical cable with a minimum diameter of about 10 millimeters should be used to connect the converter to the grounding connection of the servo system. The permissible temperature range for the operation of this servo drive is between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The multi-Ethernet communication system controls the exchange of digital information between the servo drive and all other parts of the industrial servo system. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
