The Bosch Rexroth KSM02.1B-041C-42N-M3-HG2-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW is a KSM series motor integrated servo drive. The drive system firmware needs to be ordered separately. The drive comes with a holding brake which is rated for 24 Volts DC. Other specifications for the electrically released holding brake include 4 Nm holding torque, 25 milliseconds clamping delay and 35 milliseconds release delay. Specifications for the motor on the KSM02.1B-041C-42N-M3-HG2-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW system include 5500 RPM maximum speed, 13 minutes time constant, 98.2 Volts/1000 RPM voltage constant, 1.6 Nm/A torque constant, 9.8 Nm peak torque and 2.2 Nm continuous torque. Supply voltage for the KSM02.1B-041C-42N-M3-HG2-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW system is 750 Volts DC. The safe torque off safety feature is also included on the drive system. The drive cools via convection cooing and performs optimally between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature.
