Product Description:
The KSM01.2B-061C-35N-M1-HP2-SE-NN-D7-NN-FW is a motor-integrated servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the KSM Motor Integrated Servo Drives series. By combining the servo controller and the 061-frame permanent-magnet motor in one housing, it reduces cabinet wiring and supports decentralized automation layouts. In material-handling or packaging stations, the unit supplies closed-loop torque and position control at the axis itself, which helps limit response delays between the motor and the control system. The integrated layout also shortens motor-side cable runs and keeps the drive electronics close to the driven mechanism.
The drive receives up to DC 750 V from a shared DC bus, and its three-phase outputs are routed through a Hybrid Connector that carries power, feedback, and fieldbus lines in one plug. Heat is removed by natural convection, so the installation must allow free ambient airflow around the housing. Command and status data travel over SERCOS 2 (RS422), supporting synchronized communication across distributed axes. Position feedback comes from a Hiperface optical encoder that provides 128 signal periods per mechanical revolution and stores multi-turn absolute data, so the axis can retain position information after a power loss. Motor length C is paired with winding code 35 to suit medium-inertia loads and compact machine sections where an integrated drive package is preferred.
The unit uses the standard design option in series 1 version 2, and the sealed housing includes a shaft seal to help keep dust away from internal parts. Load coupling is handled by a shaft with a keyway, which provides a positive mechanical connection to the driven load. An electrically released holding brake rated at DC 24 V secures vertical axes when the bus voltage is removed. This arrangement supports load holding during standstill and helps maintain axis position when external motion must be restrained.
