The Bosch Rexroth KDV 2.2-100-220/300-W1 power supply has a three-phase bridge that helps to rectify the input three-phase mains AC voltage and supply the drives with a high DC voltage. This power supply has a buffer capacitance for sufficient smoothing. The device provides the drive modules with +/-15 V and 24 V voltages. This unit has a Bb1 contact that must be in the closed state for the power to be switched on. It comprises a bleeder that has the ability to absorb the regenerated energy when the associated drives operate in generator mode. The power supply has several monitoring functions that communicate with the bus through a signal voltage bus. This product supports a continuous mechanical output of 24 kW and a continuous regenerative output of up to 2 kW. The device needs only protection against overload by using slow-blow fuses or commercial power protection fuses. This unit features the connection of its signal lines through plug-in terminal screws that makes it easy to service. Its input power can be configured to comply with the demands of the application. The power supply offers protection against overvoltage by using an isolating transformer. The product offers connectivity support to 3 x 230 VAC input power systems. This device associated DC bus can be connected to the drive modules using the busbars in the connection accessories kit. The unit is designed for operation at a temperature ranging from 5 °C to 45 °C. It has a diagnostics display below the Reset button. This power supply has a 15-pin plug-in terminal at the bottom of the front panel apart from a 3-pin plug-in terminal for the control electronics and blower power.
