Product Description:

The Bosch Indramat’s KDV 1.3-100-220/300-220/S100 is a supply module. It provides a stable DC bus voltage output of 300 VDC ±15% and it requires an input voltage of 3-phase 220V AC, with +15% to -10% tolerance. This supply module supports an input frequency of 50 to 60 Hz and its current is specified at 100 A for reliable operation.

The KDV 1.3-100-220/300-220/S100 power supply provides a peak DC bus power of 90 kW and its steady continuous operating DC bus power is rated at 30 kW with 4 mF capacitance. It efficiently handles a peak bleeder power of 40 kW and continuous bleeder power is maintained at 2 kW. This module possesses a maximum regenerative energy up to 100 kW and its internal power loss within the cabinet is recorded as 150 W while its external power loss through the bleeder is 500 W under continuous operating conditions. The KDV 1.3 power supply has a control voltage output of +24 V at 11.5 A with 2% ripple and ±15V outputs deliver ±2 A with 0.1% ripple. Overload and overtemperature protections are built into the unit. It supports up to six drive modules simultaneously while diagnostics and fault signaling are managed through its NH, BVW and Bb1 outputs.

The KDV 1.3-100-220/300-220/S100 power supply unit carries an IP10 protection class and the attached heatsink holds an IP54 protection level for environmental safety. Its contamination degree is non-conductive and prevents condensation. The module’s auxiliary voltage input is specified at 230V AC ±10% and its blower voltage options include 230V ±10% or 115V ±10% with support for 50/60 Hz frequency. The auxiliary power consumption is recorded at 500 VA and the blower’s power consumption is 70 VA.
