The KDV 1.3-100-220-300-115 power supply is used to fulfill the power requirements of servo drives and mains. The device is used with platforms that have a continuous mechanical power output of 24 kW. The system can be used for different types of applications by using suitable transformers, auxiliary capacitance modules, and commutation chokes with the power supply. This model operates a three phase voltage (380V to 460V) on a 50...60 Hz frequency. The power supply is able to deliver a high continuous power output because of its effective heat dissipation system. The device is installed with the heat sink at the rear end of the enclosure. This arrangement minimizes heat loss and only 20% of excess heat remains in the enclosure. The AC power system is capable of absorbing regenerated power from the drives when the drives are operated in regeneration mode.

While using the power supply, line connections can be protected by slow-blow fuses and circuit breakers. There is no need to install oversized protection systems because the system prevents high inrush current with its soft start capability. In the event of a power failure, the connected drives can be stopped gradually and with full control. In this case, power is supplied to the electronic circuitry through a DC bus.
