Product Description:
The KDA 3.3-150-3-D0D-W1 main spindle drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth features a digital 16-bit parallel position command value auxiliary interface. This drive comes with a rating plate fitted on its front. The operation of the product is controlled by a microcomputer. The device and the related motor are synchronized with each other using parameters. It makes use of a programming module to store its parameters and operating software. The operating characteristic curves of the unit are affected by the drive-specific parameters. The drive parameters are input using a keypad located on the user terminal. The spindle drive can operate at a maximum temperature of 55°C with reduced or derated data.
The grounding conductor of the product must have a minimum cross-section of 10mm2. If several devices are used in unison, all of them should be grounded directly and individually on to the associated supply module. The unit uses two busbars for the DC link bus voltage and a DC bus connection cable for the control voltage. Its programming module should be removed only after switching OFF the voltage connection. The drive should be connected close to the supply module as much as possible. The device is equipped with a continuous current rating of 90A.
The external heat emission and internal heat loss of the product are dependent on the workload. The unit emits heat through the heatsink mounted on its rear and over the air vents.
