The KDA 3.3-150-3-D00-W1 main spindle drive from Bosch Rexroth has a modular structure. The spindle drive is used for the digital control of the manufacturer’s frameless spindle and asynchronous motors. This product belongs to the KDA product group of drives. The device can be used with other drive controllers for speed axes. It has a 3 series code and a 3 design code. The unit is adaptable to various operation modes and motors by means of parameterization. The drive deploys forced cooling type cooling mode. The product comes with 150A rated current and 300VDC bus voltage.
This spindle drive is designed to operate between an ambient temperature ranging from 5°C to 45°C with rated data. This product has a Class F peak humidity for the immediate surroundings as per DIN 40 040 specifications. The device installation must always be done in the vertical orientation. It has to always be ensured that the grounding bolts are at the top during installation. The front view of the unit without the safety guard depicts a stay bolt with a hexagon socket at the top.
