The KDA 3.3-100-3-L00-U1 is a drive control system that is used for high quality spindle positioning and speed control operations. This model can be used to control a machine's main spindle in addition to C-axis operations. The drive control system is used in areas where the speed, torque, and position control of the 2AD and 1MB motors are required. The universal drive control system works efficiently with asynchronous as well as frameless motors. This model can be optionally used with a 10 V speed command value interface, sercos interface, and digital parallel position and speed command value interfaces. When using this device, it is possible to output the spindle position or the internal rotor position as an incremental encoder signal. This is done with the help of the conventional CNC controllers that come with 10 V speed interfaces.
The KDA 3.3-100-3-L00-U1 allows users to handle parameters and diagnostics by using an NC terminal when the sercos interface is used. This device can implement the complete speed control range without the need to switch. It is also possible to implement high-resolution internal position control (with a resolution of 1/2000 000th of a revolution) for spindle positioning and servo axis functions. With the help of the Sercos interface, it is possible to transmit actual position, torque, and speed values that are highly defined. These values are used for real time adaptations, feed control, rapid tapping, and CNC internal position control.
