The KDA 3.2-100-3-DPI-W1 controller unit is a state-of-the-art product that customers require to use 1MB frameless spindle motor and the 2AD asynchronous motor in their industrial application. The controller is adapted to these motor designs and helps them to maintain a high efficiency level and support the operation of various machines used in production and processing systems. This controller unit can be operated together with additional controllers for feed axes; it has a modular construction, and an enclosure designed to protect it from large foreign substances with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters. The ability of this product to meet several application requirements is due to its adaptation of a programming module which holds modifiable configuration instructions. The module is included as part of the delivery package of this controller unit.
The KDA 3.2-100-3-DPI-W1 controller unit produces leakage current during operation. To prevent electrical shocks from this leakage current, the grounding connection on the motor should be used. The thermistors installed in the windings of motors controlled by this device communicate with it through the use of the NTC thermistor connection.
