It converts a DC bus supply into three-phase output for high-speed machine-tool spindles, allowing the control system to adjust speed and torque during cutting, drilling, and grinding operations. A second encoder input supports spindle or auxiliary motor feedback for synchronized positioning tasks and closed-loop monitoring, which is useful when the spindle must align to a commanded angle. Operation is permitted from 5 to 45 °C at elevations up to 1000 m, provided that cabinet airflow and installation conditions remain within the intended range.
