The KDA 3.2-050-3-AQI-U1 is a spindle drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the KDA Spindle Drives series. It converts the regulated DC link of an Indramat supply module into three-phase power so a motorized spindle can accelerate, brake, and hold speed under closed-loop control during machining or grinding operations. This arrangement supports stable spindle operation when cutting conditions change and the load on the motor varies throughout the cycle.

This unit delivers a continuous output of 50 A, giving it the current capacity needed for high torque at low spindle speeds and short overload periods during tool engagement.
