Product Description:

The KDA 3.1-150-3-DP0-W1 is a motor drive from Bosch Rexroth that is designed for C-axis and controlled spindle operations. It operates on a DC bus voltage of 300 V DC and supports a rated current of 150 A. This drive maintains ambient operating temperature by using a forced air system through a heatsink blower, that operates on a 220 V AC and 50–60 Hz of frequency.

The KDA 3.1-150-3-DP0-W1 spindle drive offers a vertical mounting configuration with grounding bolts positioned at the top and it uses a mechanical mounting kit M1-KD for secure installation while its protection rating is IP10 as per DIN 40 050 standards. This KDA 3.1 drive favors temperature between +5°C to +45°C under nominal load condition and it supports up to +55°C with reduced load. It draws 1.6 A from the +24 V load voltage supply and 160 mA on the ±15 V measuring voltage. This spindle drive is engineered for modular system integration and it features standard interfaces including X2 for NC, X3 for motor feedback, X4 for speed input and X5 for auxiliary encoder feedback. Power output is connected through A1, A2, A3 and DC bus lines via L+ and L−.

The KDA 3.1-150-3-DP0-W1 spindle drive features an AS programming module that manages all machine-specific parameter data and it allows quick replacement without reconfiguration. It possesses front keypad and display for diagnostics. This KDA 3.1 drive uses control voltage and blower bus connections via X1, X13 and X14 terminals. It comes without auxiliary interface and requires EMC standard shielded motor cables for connectivity. This product comes with a 1-year warranty when purchased from Wake Industrial.
