KDA 3.1-100-3-AQD-U1 is a modular and versatile spindle drive. Optional features available on the drive include analog ±10 Volt speed command values, additional input for an encoder with 1 Volt sinusoidal output, and an interface for 16-bit parallel position command value inputs. The 300 Volts DC bus voltage for KDA drives is supplied by a connected power module. KDA drives in turn supply output power to connected motors. A power module and multiple KDA drives can be installed in the same enclosure for multi-axis control applications. Connection terminals for the DC bus and motor power are located on the front panel of KDA drives. Current output rating of the KDA 3.1-100-3-AQD-U1 drive is 100 Amps. The continuous current output of the drive unis is 70 Amps. KDA units with IP10 ratings must be installed inside a suitable enclosure.
