The KDA 3.1-050-3-DYS-U1 is a state-of-the-art controller that is equipped with a combination of past experience and new-generation technology to carry out optimum control, monitoring, and diagnosis of motors that belong to the 2AD and the 1MB product series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This controller is built-to-last; it comes with a metallic housing designed to provide it with long-lasting protection against large foreign interference. Although this housing does not provide any protection against dust or water splashes, its structure makes it easy for the converter to be integrated into an additional control cabinet that can provide this protection. The KDA 3.1-050-3-DYS-U1 converter is delivered in a cardboard box that is recyclable and carries a type label containing technical data and identification information. It is also shipped together with a programmable module which contains configuration instructions. The programmable module is removable and can be easily transferred from one drive to when it is necessary.
The KDA 3.1-050-3-DYS-U1 control panel operates with two main types of cables; the power and the motor feedback cable. Instructions on the correct type of cable to be used with this drive are readily available in its documentation.
