The drive’s heat sink blower is powered from an auxiliary supply rated at 115 V at 50/60 Hz, so standard single-phase utility power can be used for thermal management. Main power to the internal DC bus is a regulated 300 VDC that the converter delivers to the connected spindle motor. Current delivery is limited to 50 A, which sets the maximum continuous torque available to the motor. Operation is permitted within an ambient range of 5 °C to 45 °C; outside this range, derating or external conditioning is required.
