By converting a fixed DC bus into variable three-phase output, the unit enables closed-loop spindle acceleration, deceleration, and precise speed holding for metal-cutting and forming centers.
This model operates from a DC bus of 300 VDC and can deliver a continuous output of 50 A to the connected motor windings. An auxiliary input rated at 115 V at 50/60 Hz powers the heat sink blower, keeping semiconductor junction temperatures within safe limits during peak load. The cooling hardware is a mounted heat sink blower, which directs airflow across the fin stack to maintain thermal stability even when the cabinet is sealed.
