The KDA 2.1-150-3-DPS-U1 is a cost-effective servo drive designed, manufactured, and released by Bosch Indramat under the KDA product series. Specifically intended for three-phase AC asynchronous motors, this KDA module employs different monitoring and control functions to flexibly vary the motor output during operation. Like all other asynchronous drive modules, this product must be connected to a power supply and a control processing unit. For most KDA drives by Rexroth, the recommended power supply module should come from the KDV series. The control unit, on the other hand, can be a standard computer drive module (CDM), manufactured by Rexroth Bosch.
Alongside the KDV power supply, the AC motor, and the CDM, the KDA 2.1-150-3-DPS-U1 can operate as a closed-loop system. The power cables of the AC motor must be connected to the corresponding terminals of the KDA drive. The KDA drive, in turn, must be connected to the KDV power supply module.
