The KDA 2.1-100-3-APS-W1 is a control unit built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to improve the operation standard of automation systems featuring the 2AD asynchronous motor and the 1MB main spindle motor. This controller monitors and provides accurate control of the speed, position, and torque output of these motors according to the configuration instructions predetermined by the operator. The controller is also characterized by its ability to maintain stiff operation and support motors connected over a wide speed range. There is a microcomputer present in this unit that is responsible for the actual control, monitoring and diagnosis operation.
