The KCU02.2N-ET-ET-025-NN-N-NN-NW drive connection box from Bosch Rexroth is one of the multiple KCU series of connection boxes from the manufacturer. This connection box is an integral part of the manufacturer's IndraDrive Mi control system. The product cannot be operated on a standalone basis. This device must always be installed in a control cabinet with an IP 54 or higher protection rating. The unit is UL Listed and CSA Certified. It must never have icing or moisture condensation on its surface when it is being operated, transported or stored. This connection box must be operated only in the allowed mounting position. The product supplies the manufacturer's KSM and KMS series of offerings with power from the DC bus connection to a HMV supply unit. This device must have sufficient clearance above and below it inside the control cabinet in which it has been installed. The unit comprises an equipment grounding conductor for the connection to the equipment grounding system. It supports only the use of the RKH hybrid cable at the X29.1 or X29.2, X52, X53, and X54 connecting points. This connection box has two multi-Ethernet interfaces for its input and output. The product is compatible with a few HCS 02 supply units from the manufacturer. This device must be placed next to a supply unit in a drive system. The unit relies on a 24 V supply for its operation. Its inrush current is not affected by the holding brake of the KSM motor. This drive connection box incorporates the wiring for the E-stop function. The product portrays an insulation resistance of more than 50 Mohms at 500 VDC. This device has an overall length of 352 mm. The unit must not be operated without mounting the touch guard.
