Product Description

The Bosch HZF02.1-W025N is a combining filter designed for used with HVR modular power supplies. Nominal power rating of the filter is 25 kilowatts. Specification for continuous nominal current is 45 Amps. The supported operating frequency range is 50 to 60 Hertz with tolerance of ±2 Hertz. Power loss specifications for the filter include basic losses of 150 Watts, load dependent losses of 6 Watts per kilowatts and 300 Watts of total power loss when the connected power supply is operating at maximum continuous power. Approximate weight of the HZF02.1-W025N is 22 kilograms. Cooling mode for which the filter is designed is natural convection. Free space should be provided around the filter to ensure smooth air flow. Blockage of air flow can lead to temperature thresholds being exceeded which could lead to damage of the filter.

Enclosure of the HZF02.1-W025N has IP 10 protection rating. Bosch recommends not allowing forming of condensation or collection of dust on the filter. Absolute relative humidity around the filter should be less than 25 g / m3. Relative humidity around the combining filter should be less than or equal to 95%. For optimal performance, the installation altitude should be less than 1000 meters. The filter output derates for installation altitudes between 1000 and 4000 meters. Similarly, the output of the HZF02.1-W025N derates if it is used in an environment where the temperature exceeds 45 degrees Celsius. Maximum ambient temperature should not exceed 55 degrees Celsius under any circumstances. If a combining filter is unused or is being stored, then the temperature of surrounding air should be between -30 and 85 degrees Celsius. The HZF02.1-W025N is certified by CE and C-UL-US.
