Along with the commutation choke, the combining filter is an important component of Rexroth’s HVR power supply units.
Basic purpose of the HZF01.1-W010N combining filter is to suppress the current leakage from the motor cable, motor winding and other parasitic capacities. Moreover, the combining filter suppresses interference in the power supply sufficiently. The HZF01.1-W010N combining filter features Line 1 and belongs to the first design version. Therefore, it is manufactured according to standard design that offers natural convection and 10kW power output. The HZF01.1-W010N combining filter by Rexroth Indramat requires nominal current of just 18A and its opening frequency lies between 50 to 60 Hertz. Considering basic losses up to 100W and load dependent losses up to 80W the total power loss of 200W is just 2% of the power output.
The HZF01.1-W010N combining filter is meant for heavy duty industrial power supplies, therefore it weighs 18 kilogram. Then there are spots for X1 bus connection, PE bridge, DC bus connection, etc. The combining filter especially, has been CE certified and UL listed, and features IP 10 housing to guard against contamination, dirt and condensation.
