The HVR03.2-W045N/S204 is a 3-phase power supply unit for regulated DC drive controllers manufactured by Rexroth engineering. The HVR03.2 power supply unit is mainly functionalized to provide even electricity to the controller drives of the motors and machines. These power supply units have been established to work as generative properties and able to manage control drives on the generator modes. It also regenerates energy and sends it back to the mains of the drives. The HVR03.2 power unit helps to manage different modules in the application. It helps to maintain the drive working under low voltage. This supply unit has an optimized matching power for different applications and manages the small dimensions with high performance efficiently. The HVR03.2-W045N/S204 can be connected to a 36kW continuous mechanical power motor effectively it has high load capabilities for power control voltage.

The HVR03.2-W045N/S204 has the ON time brake mode for the emergency breakdown of the power and in case of the main failure. The supply unit has an input voltage of 3*380-480+/-10% and has a frequency of 50-60+/-2Hz.it has a DC voltage of 750V and 45kW output DC voltage. The supply maximum peak output is 135kW. The supply unit has regenerated bleeder power of 120kWs and has 80kWs regenerated energy. The maximum power supply load is 500VA with a control voltage of 300W.

The power supply unit has the IP10 protection category in accordance to EN60529/IEC529 that specified air cleaning for installation of the unit. The air has no condensation and dust contamination around the supply unit. The ambient temperature is +5°C to +45°C for the effective working of the power supply unit with a derated value of +55°C. the humidity level must be 95% and for installation, the altitude must not exceed 1000 meters above sea level.
